Ribbon Cutting Today at P & J Plantiques
The date is April 30th, 2010 and the event of the day in Big Rapids is welcoming P&J Plantiques to the area business community. The Mecosta County Area Chamber of Commerce had a ribbon cutting ceremony today at 3pm down in Rogers Heights where they are located. The owners, Patrick Aymar & Jeff Cauffman, have done an awesome job creating an environment where Plants and Antiques live harmoniously waiting for a good home. I thought I was surprised by the number of antiques when I went inside but the number of plants out back really blew me away. As a bonus Fullmer & Sons Heating of Big Rapids has a nice display of pellet heaters for when the temperatures dip again. They are located right on Northland Drive about half a mile south of 11 Mile on the West side of the road. Next time your near Rogers Heights you really need to check them out. You'll be glad you did and who knows, I may see you there.
