Big Rapids Homes For Sale
I wanted to share a new way I have added to help sell homes here in Big Rapids, MI. I installed a Kiosk in a local Alltel entry and it is the best agent you could ever ask for. It is working right now at 3am without complaint. For those of you who don't know it looks like an ATM machine but instead has a live feed from our MLS so clients who aren't ready to speak to an agent yet have a place to look for houses on their own. With the exception of a few trying to access the internet and locking it up I have had very little downtime.
Last year my local Board joined a much larger one and now there are almost too many homes listed on it so I have to reconfigure to show only local listings but with the software I have that can be done at home or my office and the Kiosk will just keep working. I also use it to advertise local business when standing by. Below is a pic of my overtime worker hard at it waiting to help anyone wandering by.
