2010 Pioneer Group Chamber Open
This year the Pioneer Group Chamber Open is being held at Tullymore Golf Resort in Canadian Lakes. It is scheduled to take off at 10am on May 19th with a shotgun start. For those who don't know Tullymore (and St. Ives) are nationally awarded golf courses designed by nationally recognized architects Jim Engh and Jerry Matthews are known for their unique layouts, challenging holes and stunning scenery. With a par of 35 on the front nine and 37 on the back it promises to be an interesting day. The Pioneer Group Chamber Open is a great networking event and while open to the public it is a great opportunity to give back to the community and enjoy one of the areas best golf courses. Personally, I am an experienced golfer of at least two weeks and am looking forward to a new challenge beyond the driving range at Katke. Yes...I have never golfed on an actual course but what better way to start than surrounded by friends on an awarded course. Come and join us for the day and I will see you there.
